What The Comeback Play is about
He was once a legend on the basketball court. These days he is known mostly for his drinking and the disgrace that came with it, and his son wants little to do with him. When a chance comes up to coach his son's NBA team, a group of underdogs nobody expects much from, he takes it.
The job puts father and son in the same locker room. He is set on proving he still has something to give, as a coach and as a parent. Winning over the players is one problem. Winning back his son is a harder one.
